Executive Assistant

This position is responsible for administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and assisting with the support of the board of directors in the governance of the non-profit organization.

- Coordinate meetings for the COO/CFO within the non-profit as well as with community contacts to include scheduling of meetings, preparation of meeting materials, logistics, travel arrangements, and other support as needed.

- Manages COO/CFO’s schedule, serve as primary contact/liaison to both internal and external audiences, take calls/visits, and address issues that do not require the COO/CFO’s attention.

- Produces written materials, such as letters, emails, and other correspondence, in a timely, error-free manner.

- Creates and develops visual presentations as needed.

- Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and anticipates/points out possible areas of concern to the COO/CFO.

- Handles confidential and non-routine information.

Job Requirements

- High school diploma or GED and five years related work experience at a large organization in the administrative/clerical field, or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. Non-profit experience, or active membership with non-profit program preferred. Experience working with Board of Directors and Board Committees.

- Excellent judgment and discretion coupled with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Demonstrated self-initiative and ability to work independently with excellent decision-making skills, strong resourcefulness, proven ability to delegate and manage projects.

- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize workload, provide accurate and quality work, meet deadlines, manage multiple responsibilities, follow-through, and perform well under pressure.

- Highly developed interpersonal skills, able to work with and effectively communicate with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, and interact effectively with employees, volunteer, and the general public both in person and on the phone.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, research skills, expert in finding, organizing and analyzing information quickly and effectively.

- Full knowledge of office procedures/systems, proficiency in MS Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and report writing (Crystal Reports preferred), with a typing proficiency of at least 60 wpm, proficiency with grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure.

- Must be proactive in seeking opportunities that will enhance the effectiveness of the department.


Mortgage Loan Review Analyst
Location: Minneapolis
Pay: Aprox. $16.50/hour
Hours:

Multiple openings for loan review analyst with large mortgage company. Reviewing loan files for accuracy and completion. Will be responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans, using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products. Functions include reviewing compliance for loan products; interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property and documentation; ordering all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow ups.
Required Skills:

Part-time Warehouse Associate
Location: Various sites including Blaine, Roseville, Burnsville, Eden Prairie, and Maple Grove.
Pay: $12/hour
Hours: Wednesday, Friday and Saturday; 11:30 am to 7:30 pm. Roseville location also open Sundays 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. Possible Thursday shifts as needed.

Part-time Warehouse Associate needed to support well-known non-profit fundraising program.

Responsibilities: Physically “pull” cases of product from the inventory, assemble pending orders and do the final double-checking of orders with incoming customers. The job also involves helping customers bring and load the orders into their cars.

Requirements: Must be able to meet the physical requirements, including being on feet the entire shift, light lifting (25-30 pounds max), pushing a dolly (50 pounds max), typing on a computer, bending, and reaching. Must be OK with some snow shoveling. Warehouse or stocking/inventory experience is required.
