Q: How long does it take to get
a job with you?
A: That depends on your
flexibility - the more flexible you are regarding pay rate, type of
job and location, the easier it is for us to get you busy quickly,
and keep you busy! We do have a pre-screening process which must be
completed first, including skills assessment, personal interview,
and references, which can take several days to complete.
Q: What type of jobs do you
have?
A: We focus primarily on office
support type positions, which range in nature from higher end
administrative and project positions, to general clerical filing
type positions. We offer many opportunities in the mortgage
financial industry. We also handle some light industrial jobs, such
as packing, and production work.
Q: Where are the jobs you get?
A:
Our office
is located in Edina, MN. Most of the positions we
have are in the south and southwest suburbs of Minneapolis, downtown
Minneapolis, St. Paul and surrounding southern suburbs.
Q: What kinds of companies do
you work with?
A: We serve a wide variety of
companies! 90% of companies utilize some type of temporary staffing
help, so our clients are in many different businesses!
Q: How much will I make with
your company?
A: Our positions vary in pay rate,
with the qualifications requirements, and level of the position.
Most of our jobs are in the $11 - $16+ per hour range.
Q: Do you get permanent jobs?
A: Many (almost 70%!) of our
positions go into permanent "regular" positions with the company you
are temping for. Even if you are not on a "temp-to-hire"
assignment, you are inside the company, making contacts, and
learning about how they do things! This gives you a huge advantage
when an opening arises, for which you may apply

Q: How long does it take to
fill out an application?
A: You should plan for several
hours in our office. We take the time to do a thorough skills
analysis and assessment, personal interview, and work history
profile, to assure that we know all that we can about you.
Q: What if I'm only looking for
part time work?
A: The nature of temporary work
makes it easy to fit almost any schedule. You let us know when you
are available, and we will let you know what assignments we might
have that may fit that availability. Our openings change virtually
every day, so we never know what will come in the door to meet your
needs.
