At TempForce, we have a seasoned team of Client Service Specialists. Their background varies from recruiting and human resources to social work and retail management. Our Client Service Specialists have college degrees, and excellent experience working with and helping people. We hire individuals with outstanding communications skills, and strong initiative. Our dedication to continuing education offers opportunities for our staff members to improve their skills. Our team-based structure allows our clients and employees to get familiar with many of our staff members, and to receive quality service - regardless of who answers the phone.
 

Mary Younggren, Owner & President

Mary’s leadership, experience and dedication are the cornerstones of TempForce’s continued success in the marketplace.  As owner and president of TempForce, Mary’s key responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations, training and supporting our internal staff, and ensuring the continued satisfaction of our clients and contingent workforce. Her 26 years of industry experience make her a knowledgeable leader and a key player in a continually growing and highly competitive industry.

Mary acquired TempForce in January of 2003 and under her leadership, the company has experienced unprecedented success and growth.  Mary is a member of Edina and Minneapolis Chambers of Commerce, and the Rotary Club of Edina.  She is an active volunteer and supporter of various non-profit organizations throughout the metro area.  Mary is a graduate of Concordia College, Moorhead and holds a degree in social work and psychology.
